Definition

• "App" refers to Luckie Walkie Talkie Offline, a.k.a. Luckie-Talkie.
• "User(s)" refers to people who is using app.
• "Device" refers to Android/ iOS device which app is installed and being used by user(s).

Camera: Android, iOS

• No image data is collected, the usage is only for scanning QR code.
• No more other usage.

Microphone: Android, iOS

• No voice data is collected, the usage is only for sending user's voice to other users.
• Voice data is sent over the connection of app-created/connected WiFi-Direct network, so it's not routing via the Internet nor any LAN (Local Area Network), it's impossible for eavesdropping by hacker.
• No more other usage.

Location: Android only

• No location data is collected, the usage is only for connecting user's device to other device via WiFi Direct, this is required by Android platform.
• No more other usage.

Data Retention

All of the above mentioned data is used during app runtime, within device temporary memory (i.e. RAM) and not writing to any local nor remote persistent storage (i.e. ROM/ SD card), so there is no data retained, thus there is no data shared to any other parties.

Data Security

Android app is secured by code obfuscation, hacker may not be easily breaking into app runtime process to steal data.

iOS app has code signing security process provided by Apple.
